If someone claiming to be masti365 support asks for your password, do not provide it and report the incident immediately.
All activities that occur under your account login are your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact masti365 support immediately via live chat or email. We will suspend the account pending investigation.
All masti365 accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No other currency is accepted or held. When you deposit, bet, win or withdraw, the figures shown are always in PKR. There are no currency conversion charges on masti365.
You may request closure of your masti365 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled according to normal rules and any positive balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Account closure requests made under the Responsible Gaming provisions — such as self-exclusion — are handled with particular urgency and are actioned within one business hour.
Account inactivity: If your masti365 account has no login activity for 12 consecutive months and holds a positive balance, we will notify you at your registered contact details. If you do not respond or log in within 30 days of notification, a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 may be applied until the balance reaches zero or you reactivate the account.

All odds on masti365 are displayed in decimal format by default. You may switch to fractional or American format via the odds toggle on any betting page. Your bet is settled at the odds shown at the time you confirmed the bet, not at any earlier or later price. In-play odds can change rapidly — the system will alert you if odds move between browsing and confirmation.
In the event of a match abandonment, void or postponement, masti365 will apply the following rules:
Palpable errors: If masti365 publishes obviously incorrect odds due to a technical error (for example, 100.0 where 1.85 was intended), masti365 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Players who identify and exploit palpable errors in bad faith may have their accounts suspended.
masti365 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and free bets. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms stated in the promotion itself. Specific promotion terms always take precedence over these general terms where there is a conflict.
Bonus funds awarded by masti365 must be "wagered" — meaning bet a certain number of times — before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the promotion page. As a general guide:

Bonus funds and associated free bets awarded by masti365 expire after 30 days from the date of credit unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account without notice. Any wagering requirements must be completed before the expiry date.
